Carvoeiro (Sep - Oct 2022)

We spent a wonderful two week holiday at Colina Village, Carvoeiro from 27th September to 11th October 2022. During our stay we explored some of the nearby towns (Silves, Ferragudo, Alvor, Lagos and Nossa Senhora da Rocha nr Porches) using a Vamus Bus 7-day Tourist Card costing €45 each. Well worth it.
Carvoeiro itself was idyllic and by far the best of the towns that we visited. An hour long trip on the Tourist Train also gives a great overview of the area and a boat trip with Carvoeiro Caves to Benagil Cave was the highlight of the holiday for us,
There is a fantastic selection of cafés , bars and restaurants in and around Carvoeiro with all tastes catered for.
