It could be either the front or rear brake pad sensors are tripped indicating they need derive. If the handbrake was on it would say “brake”. And if you drive with it on the dash would say under the rpm gauge “release parking brake”

I have no idea who the Supra tuner is. Maybe its more famous in the UK but 12.3 quarter mile on a tuned Supra is not that good. Considering that you can tune a Q50 Sedan to do high 11s with just a tune and the Q50 is way heavier.
