Imo it should have a little improvement, sth like 10% more hp and 20% more torque, with a slight reduction in weight and an increase at the brake performance. It'd still be cheaper than the other 3 cars but it would be more thrilling to watch. Golf is my favorite car btw, too bad it doesn't sell in my country anymore :(

I have a Golf R 2016 model pre facelift with an ABT power package for like £2.200 and it has 380 bhp and 490nm torque. I'm pretty sure that my Golf is way more bang for your buck than this cars!

You can get a decent stage 3 kit for a golf r for about £5000 that'll give you 500bhp and you will ripe lambos, r8s and gtrs on the quartermile with it.

The big loser is the BMW, if you will spend the guts of 80k on that you need your head looking at. My brother has an RS3, they are good cars although a bit overpriced. The car which is winner for me was the Golf, its not as good performance wise but for a little spend improvements could be made to close the gap. at half the price of the BMW I would rather have it, put 10k in engine mods.

@Conor Great point since it's an AMG engine and a 4cly it has to be pretty much maxed out but I'm assuming people who buy an amg I'm pretty sure would leave it pretty much stock and from that stand point its 🔥. And no doubt the RS3 is a beast with that 5cly and yeh I saw that video quater mile in 9 secs is out of this world😂 tuners never dissapoint.

than u dont know much about cars i guess, whats about the old F1 4 cylinder with 1200hp? the interior is the worst of all. no design concept or anything just "it needs to get digital lets put two old tablets into it - done. and the best. it looks from a to s all the same so much diversity and work for this interior. insane

In the real world traffic light GP, the older version, and the RS3 are way faster than my M2. It takes solid trust in one's driving ability and insurance to drive mine and keep up with mates anywhere except the track (destroys them) and dry twisty back roads (M2 is better on technical stuff thanks to RWD adjustability).

It isnt surprising one bit. RWD cars will always have an advantage over AWD in rolling races in similar powered cars as there is less rolling resistance as it's only powering 2 wheels.

@@rampageashton only partly true in this case. The RS3 has a haldex AWD System which disengages the rear wheels at higher speeds. Same with the Golf R and I think the A45s has a similar system. They're all not fitted with a permanent AWD System

Manos Oikonomou it is indeed a 2019 car, just like the RS3 is a 2019 car. But both are from the same generation. The M2 and RS3 are just different cars which were build with different mindset. The M2 is a real fun sportscar and the Audi is more of a fast allrounder. Both cars are great but I would choose the M2 over the RS3. Just for the fun factor.

D'you know, Chris Harris, Mat Watson and actually Joe Achilles wouldn't be a bad trio. All into cars, all know a good bit (Chris being the genius but the others knowing a damn load) and I feel they'd form a good chemistry.
