While I don't usually care about these grading things, for stuff like this Carno in sich good condition, yea I would probably get a case for it too. Even a regular old case just to put it in would do.

Will only be grading a select few, I started getting regular cases for many of my other figures, both of my Thrashers are now in cases from Katana Collectibles, much cheaper and get the job done. Omega T-Rex is probably next on the list to be graded.

@@jurassicreviewschannel Sounds great. After finally getting my own Kenner Bull Rex, man that is a beautiful figure. Ngl thing is so big its basically a giant rubber teddy bear. While the Thrasher is definitely the more accurate one of the two, I still love this guy because he's HUGE, and since he's hollow the thicker rubber isn't much of an issue with the whole real feel thing since there's room to stretch. Crazy how even if the Gulper was cancelled, this guy worked out awesome for TLW as the Bull, thick neck flap and everything. Cool how things just work out sometimes and we get two great T Rex figures. Even though I love the more natural colors of the Bull, the Omega isn't bad, and one in box looks pretty cool ngl.

@@shinymk6562 Congrats on getting a Bull T-Rex! I think all of Kenner's Rexes are awesome, each one is pretty unique, hard to say that about many of Mattels.

They look even more amazing now, that they are graded and safe. Now I know this might sound like an idiotic question, bur are you allowed to take them out of their graded boxes, or are they permanently stuck in there? Also, if I were you, the very next figure I'd get graded, would be the packaging error Sarah Harding; not only because the fact, that it is a very rare occurence of such a production mistake, but also because the figure itself is relatively rare, and the box seems to be in a really good condition aswell. Would be a shame if you accedently dropped it one day or something. But that's just my personal on that. You do you👌

You could technically open them but you'd destroy the case in the process, the cases are not completely sealed though as there is a thin opening along the bottom to allow air in, apparently its bad for the figures to be in something completely air tight. And yep, the Sarah Harding misprint is one I am considering, it's in pretty good shape but the bubble might need to be cleaned up a little.

Announcement: a finished ultimasaurus has been put up for auction on ebay. At this moment it is at around 101 bids and is already going for 15K. If this is as legitimate as it claims, this is the first final production copy to make it to market (to my knowledge). What are your thoughts on this?

Learned it was going up for auction the night before from a friend, I’ll be surprised if it the buyer pays at the end, it’s the same seller as the Scrap Davis from a few months ago. My brother and I have been talking about it, but I think the price it’s at is too much, there’s more Ultimasaurs out there than people realize.

@@jurassicreviewschannel I assume they just never go up for sale? (I do often research prototypes, I don’t often check what’s currently going on with them though, I had no idea a scrap Davis was sold too. That must have been an interesting auction).

@@XPproductions365 Yeah they’re mostly sold/traded among private collectors, this is the first one to show up on eBay I believe, there may have been an unpainted one 10+ years ago. This one in particular is coming from a former Kenner employee selling things off.

@@jurassicreviewschannel I came across this listing by mistake, for years I’ve been trying to get my hands on a jungle spino, I have the arctic rex and night raptor. That’s the last one I need for the trio. So when I saw he had one on auction I found it interesting. A little bit later I became curious and decided to see what else they had. I couldn’t believe I saw that for sale. (Fun fact: when I first got interested in camo xtreme I checked eBay for them and took a picture so I could remember what to type to find them. The first item on the page was a jungle spino from the us for around $45. I’m still kicking myself for not getting it then).

@@jurassicreviewschannel concerning the price. The price may be high, but I somewhat understand it. It’s the first legitimate version to show up on eBay in over a decade or more, and easily the first finished version to show up online. When you combine virtually zero supply and almost 30 years of demand that price weirdly makes sense.

Looks amazing, definitely want to send some of my collection in for grading now. Question for you sir - how was the turnaround time for these? I am thinking of using the expedited 7 day return option that CAS offers. Thanks for the content!

I dropped them off in March and received them back about 3 months later, that was without paying for the expedited turnaround. It seems that time will vary though, I think my turnaround time was faster because of the insurance amount on the Demon, it might have pushed mine closer to the front of the line.
