This is the best design that matches my personality. Every inch of the entire house is well thought of, and very useful. The air and light can easily penetrate the house, the area where you can wash your clothes (I really love that) is right next to the kitchen. I just love every bit of it. I love all your designs and this one by far hit me close to my heart ❤️ Definitely gonna keep this one as my dream house plan. I like that it’s a modern minimalist yet beautiful, airy and bright. I love my house to have an open space and can connected to the patio. I’d love a decent size of full kitchen set also 💕 so maybe the kitchen size and dinner table is a bit concern for me but it’s a beautiful design and I’d love to live there any day I can! Me encantó este diseño! Sólo con la planta baja es más que suficiente para una pareja o persona soltera que quiera empezar a construir su propia vivienda. Pero está muy linda, la propuesta de decoración esta bellísima. Me gusta tomar estos vídeos como inspiración para tener mi casita pronto. ❤️

I love the natural lighting thru out the house. The open spaces and overall design. From a perspective of someone that likes to cook, the kitchen is too small, laundry room could be smaller to give space to more countertop space. Overall it's a beautiful design.

Great! I feel in love with this build, the modern look, and the building finishes. The house tour was great, you can see the interior, the house detail and arrangements. Absolutely stunning design. Love the front face. I would ask for a bit bigger back yard opening out to maybe a flowing pool and a bit bigger outdoor kitchen. But well planned.
