Its beautiful but you're right. Even though the house is concrete, the house is too close to the water, and plus, there's is no sand in between, t's just water and a small baracade in between the house and the water . If a strong huracan was to hit it, the house will be ok, but the pool the palm trees and the landscape will be destroyed. But the house is beautiful though.
