I was at Chipper's last game, the Infield Fly Rule Game. As much as I hate how that season ended, and as much as I hate that's how Chipper's career ended, he's 100% right. There were PLENTLY of other reasons that they lost that game, and the Braves--tale as old as time--didn't capitalize. But I was somewhat glad I was witness to Chipper Jones' last MLB hit 🙂

Arraez keeps getting traded because he is nearly unplayable at 2B (his best defensive position) and not many people want to waste a DH spot on a low power slapped hitting high BA on base percentage guy. But the padres have like 15 SS so it kinda works out for them.

Chipper saying that his sons name has nothing to do with Shea Stadium was such a lie that he couldn’t say it with a straight face 😂

The Braves should have won the 1996 World Series. 1999 was clearly NY.

Not being mean but just because you weren’t born when something happened isn’t an excuse for not knowing it… We’ve never had more info available to use and even when I was young I read as many books on baseball and it’s history as I could
