Casa Musica is a beautifully designed six bedroom villa perched on the hills above Falmouth Harbour. The property boasts beautiful views over English Harbour Town and Falmouth Harbour and is only a short drive from shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. The capital city of St John’s and the international airport are only a 30 minute drive away.
The property has been recently renovated and guests will notice the stylish Ibiza Farmhouse/Caribbean boho decor throughout. Entering the villa on the main level, guests will first come across the open plan kitchen and indoor dining area as well as a large living area with beautiful views out over the pool area and beyond. A spiral staircase takes you up to a small library/office for those wanting a quiet escape.
Three bedrooms are located on this level in the main part of the house. The master bedroom features a king bed, indoor/outdoor bathroom and a wrap around terrace. Bedrooms two and three feature king beds and share a Jack n Jill style bathroom. Two additional self contained cottages are also located on this level, both featuring a king bed, private terrace, kitchen and lounge area and ensuite shower room.
A lower level features the well equipped gym as well as a 3 person infra-red sauna. Bedroom 4 is also located on this level and this is ideal for children as it features two single bunks and an ensuite bathroom.
But the most important area of Casa Musica is the stunning outdoor area. The property features a private pool and jacuzzi as well as a full outdoor kitchen with bar, BBQ and pizza oven. Guests can relax on sun beds and day beds or in the sunken seating area. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed in several locations around the property.
