I’ve been following your house tour videos and and love love love your design thought process! So practical and functional, not overly stylish but has its character but also classy and simple. I love that you considered some separation like own office or studio, but it doesn’t feel boxed in. The flow is really flowing in your house. Again, love it!

Love your art studio! It’s an artist dream! I have a small office with a decent size place for my paints too. It’s hard to paint if you have limited space. I understand the concern about the floor with paint splatters and with the kind of floor you have, cleaning will be easier.
