12:50 are pivot doors not a thing in Texas? It's kind of a luxury house standard in California, it seems... Also, some sort of Timberwood Park tour would be awesome. I initially looked at New Braunfels but the schools in Timberwood Park seem to be better... based on ratings at least.

Margaret, I can get ballpark estimates if someone was my client and interested in a particular home. I hope you understand, I go too deep getting all the information for the videos, it would be counter productive for me if I did not have a buyer that was interested.
