Which type of tax evasion is Sonu Sood accused of by CBDT? Explained in detail

In this video, we have gone through the allegations levelled by CBDT against Mr. Sonu Sood where he is alledged to have evaded Income Tax to the tune of Rs. 20 Crores.
He is said to have used accommodation entries to evade the taxes. How accommodation entries take place is also explained in this video in detail.

This was very informative sir but just for the shake of finding flaws in the traditional accommodation entry, this technique seemed very outdated. A shell company can transact the same amount through 2nd part of operation i.e. transacting with gullible people but rather than taking cheque for the amount, they could lock that fund into DiFi ecosystem and since non-taxable incomes aren’t tracked and so are the funds on blockchain. The company can easily transact the fund into stable USD coins and launder the money anywhere in the world. Just saying😁😁✌️

Deposit of cash can also be done in entities exempt from taxes like Charitable entites reg u/s 12 like temples, Political parties exempt u/s 13, Agri income exempt u/s 10, Agri land sale, research institutions etc. 80IA series was also used Shell companies is replaced by coperative banks in many places. This case is so complicated but this is amazingly explained by you sir.....may be im wrong but according to me point 3 is related to income of charitable institutions which is exempt us 11 .provided they use 85% of income for the purpose of charitable institutions but in such case they only use 10% of such income...and the second thought come in my mind that bcz he trapped in alot of allegations therefore he came in the scope of doubt for income tax officers and they suspect each and every income sources related to the person..I'm not sure that I'm right or wrong sir its my view only...

Sir, I think most of these problems arise because tax payers especially the ones who are paying high amounts are not given any kind of special benefits or special services by the government. There should be high quality of living standards that need to be provided by the govt and beyond all the fundamental and common rights and benefits provided to all the citizens, some kind of special recognition for all the tax payers must be given depending upon the amount of tax they pay. Just simply saying the names of developmental activities for years won't motivate to pay tax. Government services are more like gundagiri than a service, it has to change first.

shell co has to show interest on loan . 95 lakh document to show we recevied payment in which form you can not pay cash if people deposit as capital in shell co. then company need to do lot of formalities. tax dep will check who depsoited money .

Sonu himself said that he diverted his Income to Trust, Its a kind of Tax Saving Fraud. Generally Actor need to Pay 50% Tax + TDS, But Trusts are Tax Free (12A 80G etc). Correct Process First Receive Income in Own Account then Donate to Any Trust from Your Account.
