Please understand that Cascada had a very great sound back in the early 2000s going into the mid 2000s. That old-school techno/EDM was all the hype back in the day. It was very big in countries like France and Germany and certain other European countries. When Cascada decided to take their music to the US and Canada, no one knew if they would be a success because that type of music was not really heard of or big here in North America. as it turns out, Cascada had a lot of success here in North America. Unfortunately with radio stations these days they’re not going to play the old-school techno/EDM style songs. So if Cascada was to go back to that old school style, most likely, the radio stations would never play them. A disappointing part for me is how Ain’t No Mountain High Enough has not managed to make it onto a single chart or radio station. So far it’s been four days since the release of this song call me and I have yet to see it on a single chart or played on a single radio station. I am hoping that this new album doesn’t end up being a major flop for them because I’m really rooting Cascada. I’ve been a big fan since, the beginning.

We was there and I thought you was proper but the turn out…NO ONE was hardly there and people walking away 😢WHAT HURT THE MOST… people pushing prams threw without walking into anyone! You was brilliant back in the day but now I think you’ve dried up!! With you there it should have been jam packed shoulder too shoulder not hardly no one there!! This was from me and my partner who WAS cascada made till Plymouth now it’s cascada sad 😢took time off work everything 😢for depression 😢😢 your a lip sinking has been and it was shocking the performance in PLYMOUTH!! Waited years for that now I felt like a silly t##t i spent my electric money too see you then lived in the dark for 2 whole days for that performance 😢my depression was so bad I chucked my tv out the window which I thought was open so now got a broken tv and window and eviction notice 😢😢

I think it was around 2009ish when cascada started to veer away from the traditional cascada sound thay we all know. But thankfully for the fans who do love that style (me included) we often get remixes for the singles that will have pretty much that kind of style. 😊

The problem is that the old-school stuff that Cascada used to do back in the early to mid 2000s is considered old-school techno/old-school EDM. It was a very big in European countries especially in France and Germany. When Cascada first came to the US nobody had a clue if the group would be successful because this type of music was not very heard of or big in the US or Canada. As it turns out, Cascada ended up having multiple chart topping hits that made it to the top 10 here in the US and in Canada. Plus a lot of their songs made it on the charts in many other countries. The problem with the old-school EDM/techno is that it doesn’t stick and it’s no longer played on the radio stations. You can’t go to a single chart and find a new song that has old-school techno/EDM vibes topping the charts. It just doesn’t exist. I have no clue how this new album will do but I’m disappointed because so far this song has not made it anywhere and neither did Ain’t No Mountain High Enough, which seems to have flopped very bad. It’s disappointing because I’m a massive Cascada fan and I really want this to be their best album yet. only time will tell how things will go for them. Crossing my fingers.
