One question: can a 6F GC accommodate an anchor balloon (for example 2.0mm) and a stent (over 2.5mm) or an IVUS catheter? Thanks a lot!

Yes for balloon - no for IVUS

Catheter exchange over a 0.014 inch guidewire is successful most of the time.
