case annealing machine - induction

I finally got in touch with this guy. I offered to manufacture it and pay royalties based on the selling price. The guy wanted a couple hundred thousand upfront. Duuhhhh! I tried guys. I will work on one just like with a couple of electrical engineers. Get ready we will have one very soon that everyone can afford.

That thing does an amazing job of "annealing" cases that are already annealed. How does it do on "raw" brass?

Actually, that is a misconception. Brass annealing is an inverse relationship of heat and time; where the hotter temp the less time is needed. Induction heating is much faster at heating up the brass than flame is. Thus you’re going to get a higher temp in a less amount of time. AMP has proven this in their articles.
