The King Alligator case might be worth resurrecting. Those are rare. You have the King 606 case that can be a parts mule with the hinges and handle. Fresh cat litter poured in the alligator case can absorb all of the moisture. Next: a leather shop or furniture repair person might be able to restore and bring out the leather shine. Of course, if that all seems too much, then dump them all, except your car stop case.

They're both trashed, sadly. Just not worth it. I did think about cutting off a bunch of hardware, but it seems like a lot of effort!

That Olds case looks a lot like Holton cases

yeah, it might be one? I actually thought it was from a holton in the first take of the video. Also, that Olds was in immaculate shape, the case didn't match condition at all.
