This is the perfect edc size for me. Good looking knife, great buy. A person can always put their own edge on a knife but if all it needs is a honing, no problem.

I only comment on this due to the Case knives I bought in the 70's, 80's and 90's could shave hair out of the box. But the build quality now is better than when Parker was running Case.

Good review! The knife is really nifty...You'd think that Case, an established company with a reputation to maintain, would have an established QC protocol like Victorinox of a final sharpening & honing before final inspection and packaging...there is no reason why a customer would have to finish the job they should have done...if as you say that is the tendency with them and with today's prices, then "Houston, we have a problem"...

Nice review, do you prefer the TruSharp SS over the CV version, or do you just like the yellow delrin better?

I like both I'm mainly getting the Yellow delrin for the Vault knife.

Case QC sucks!! Love there knives but just keep in mind you are going to have to tweak them right out of the box.

If your going to use them and not put them in a safe. At a minimum hit a stone, strop and clean out the joint.
