Sir This is Farhan Ali I have collected few points as well. 1) They are fail to locate their fire fighting equipment as soon as possible, area should be barricade while refilling of petrol. They are in panic situation as we can see in 3rd footage.

Same accident happened in Pakistan ahmadpur sharqiya few years ago. More then 500 people burnt. Root cause analysis from your presentation is outstanding.please suggest the type of extinguishers to be used here also .

No doubt Ahmedpur Sharqia oil tanker tragedy 2017 was one of the biggest road accidents in Pakistan history with 219 fatalities.As per investigation report, huge lapses of safety protocols and laws were found in the construction of the tanker truck and and operational procedures.Moreovee mismanagement of the post-spill scenario by local people and authorities was pathetic.Water in the nearby fields spread the fire 🔥 due to floating oil. For Oil-based Fire (type B) we can use DCP or CO2 fire extinguishers. NOTE: You may send me your email address if you want complete report.

There is no safety procedures regarding diesel refuelling that area must be clear and strictly implement no smoking or any source of ignition and the staff are must be train when working on fueling station.

Sir i am Muhammad Altaf Qasim, I have a few thoughts that I am going to express, In such situations, When work is in a public area and near the roads, the work area must be fenced off and protective barriers must be placed around it, as well as installing warning light flashes during the night and warning signs indicating the presence of works. The importance of using personal protective equipment to avoid accidents and injuries 1>The continuous use of "Certified Gas Detectors" should be ensured during gas filling operation, 2> Trained personnel who are aware of the relevant fire hazards and must remain on site with fire extinguisher, and most important thing is never leave the vehicle or machine alone during filling at the site. And lastly, have the vehicle well-grounded while the operation of gas filling or diesel filling.
