Case Study: X-Press 115/3000 for Wittur Elevator Components S.A.U.

Discover our latest case study featuring a custom-built X-Press for ‪‪@WebWittur‬‬, a company specialising in components for lifts, lifts, doors, motors and lift cabins - we built a hydraulic press brake with a capacity of 115 tonnes and a table length of 3100 mm. It features a Next design, a 500 mm open-height and a 300 mm stroke. This press brake is integrated in a robot cell, made by ‪@Starmatiksrl‬.
The main feature of this press brake is the combination of the GPS4 angle control system with the robot cell. The first bend takes place with the GPS4 active in multi-pressing mode. Subsequent bends take place with the GPS4 active in copy mode.
