I think the term evidence is different when it comes to cases relating to wealthy citizens vs the common mwananchi. Uzuri mungu analipishia wanyonge. A big shame to Amos Wako.

I don't understand one thing 1. Did Ole Sisina have a firearm, and how comes he fired without fatalities 2. Did the rangers have uniforms during that operation 3. What happened to the Buffalo taken for slaughter 4. How come they never communicated with their other quick response team about the change in events.

@@martinpule9616 I don't imply am clever, nonetheless most of the questions you're asking have their express answers on the documentary. Just listen carefully and you'll get them. The only question not answered is "what happened to the Buffalo" which in my expert opinion is of no issue in this "murder case." The question would be of issue, if the case at hand would be that of "game poaching." On your first question on Olesisina's firearm, he may have fired and missed his target. On the second question, the Rangers did not have uniforms they were on a clandestine operation. On the fourth question, they indeed communicated to the quick response team which in my finite understanding believe it was said that they were away from the scene of the ordeal.

During the times of Amos Wako as AG Many serious criminal cases did not sail through He is one of the reasons Kenya is swinging in corruption because he set a bar of compromise alot other than serving justice required by the law His days are coming also This was unfairly ruled

The KWS Rangers were not in Uniform at that time and they could easily be mistaken for thugs.

In Kenya a crime is when one has no money. As long as one has loads of money, he/she can kill and steal at will.

So unfortunate but the officers on the ground failed. I could have shot the white man in self-defense after my colleague shot..

What about the bush meat issue? Was Cholmondley protecting an illegal slaughterhouse 😢. Was the shooting an effort to cover up a crime? What about the beatings, after the KWS officers had identified themselves? Will ordinary Kenyans ever get justice from their own leaders? Shame!
