I believe the reason why the ghost at 10:20 doesn't appear when night vision is on is because the camera uses infared lighting. Since the supposed ghost only shows up in the dark, the infared lighting that the camera uses is the reason why it doesn't materialize.

I would love to take Case to our old house. My sister, her tween/teen kid and I all told my mom we saw a little girl in a white dress at different times and never told each other what we saw, (Mom told me they told her). tiny hand prints used to appear on counters and doors inside & musical snow globes would play on their own with no batteries while we had no electricity. Caseoh's Rules of a Ghost-Video Being Authentic: - It has to be an old house - Has to be in a hospital or cemetery with an old person about to die seeing something - It has to be "a video we cannot explain" : (definition: whatever Caseoh says is unexplainable)

I say that because he always says: "CGI", "Editing", "Fishing-String", and so on (even though it literally is proven by professionals that CCT-Foe cannot be edited nor double-exposed because it is digital, along that nothing else "digital" can be double-exposed. And so, on so forth.) Also, if you do research on these things, you will see that some of the things you don't believe -by opinion, rather than fact- but claim it as such as "debunking" can be fact-checked and shown as evidence (by professionals).

For #3, notice how smooth the figure is compared to the rest of the photo, if that really was a shadow it would be a lot more pixelated and rigid. If it's not edited, which you could literally just copy and paste a low-quality shape onto the screen, it's a clever transition edit where they use the sudden switch from light to dark to cut the video, edit in the figure or literally just put a mannequin in, and then when the camera is supposed to turn on just move the mannequin. Also notice how it just so happens to appear in front of a contrasting light from the window so that it can be seen.

My house was built in 1900 and looks much older than that first video. 1700s my backside. That's a newer home, most likely a remodeled early to mid 1900s home: and the girl is 100% asleep. I did that exact same thing. I scared the shit out of my parents. I would stare at them in their bedroom, wide eyed but I wouldn't remember anything. I was asleeeeeppppp. And back when, people used to bury their loved ones in their back yard before churches started doing it in a designated place. So, there probably is dead bodies on the property or atleast was. But not a cemetery.
