I don't feel as sad as I was when this album came out thankfully. but I still remember those feelings of when I would lay awake at night listening to this on repeat until the sound entered my bones. it's a familiar feeling, sitting here now almost 4 years later, but it shows to me how far I've come with myself. for that I am grateful, and I hope the same for everyone else.

I've been a fan of Post-Hardcore music for almost 20 years so far, and I have to say that this song is the 'magnum opus' of the genre. Emotional and soft, and yet so powerful and aggressive at the same time. All the elements, from the lyrics, the guitar in the background, to that breathtaking build up. It's just magnificent, and it deserves to be praised. It's a song every single person should listen at least once in a lifetime, whether a fan of this type of music or not.
