First time seeing the new fella. My kids and I watched Adam all the time when he was on. He was a lot more fun, and had the perfect sense of humor for this extremely niche kind of TV. Still gonna give the new fella a shot, but this show was made for Adam Richman.

As someone from Montana, I've never heard of most of these places, although I don't go to Billings too often. The only one I knew about was the Ox, which is a chain in the state originating out of the capital city of Helena.

The Burger Dive is the BEST burger place ever. I lived in Billings for almost a decade, and I know the owner Brad and his son from day 1 of living there. Never had a bad burger there. My wife personally loves the I'm Your Huckleberry, but you gotta get the burger Duke Style. Sadly, the restaurant that did the steak challenge closed down.

78 oz. is 4.875 lbs. But when it was weighed raw the scale said 4.16 lbs. which is only 67 oz. Either way a gigantic piece of meat. 2 lbs of potatoes 2 buns and salad on the side I'm pretty shocked that the success rate is even that high
