Talking to other men and making friends us honestly good advice. It's good to have friends and girls kinda like when you discriminate between her and your boys. It shows you dont need her for emotional validation bc you got your boys. You can get women simply by having the respect the men in the community. If women sense that other men respect you her attraction for you will grow even if you dont talk to her. In fact, opting to talk to men and not talking to her makes your attention more scarce and therefore more valuable.

A great video indeed. Peace of mind is key. Guys have to be realistic. Even if we are the best we can be, we may still not be able to get the hottest girl on the block. And as we get older, no matter what we do, everything deteriorates - our strength, our looks, many of our senses, etc.. And then, no matter if we do everything 100% correctly, all we can do is slow down the deterioration.

People that are doubting him are foolish. Forget about women for a moment. This is advice to better you as an individual, which IN TURN, will better your success rate with women. Cant tell you how thebbit about your environment and cortisol is such an underrated secret. I actively monitor my cortisol and stress levels. It is the secret to good focus, sleep, skincare etc the list goes on. Just this one tip alone will put you so far ahead of the pack. Calibrate yourself. Dont let others and outside forces dictate your baseline.

How do you monitor your cortisol?
@dblockbassАй бұрын
@@losfromla1480 Cortisol can be monitored in the blood, urine and saliva. But on a visceral level, its about how you react to stress. Im not a doctor I don't know, and we are all different. I have found that meditation helps.
@losfromla1480Ай бұрын
@@dblockbass so you don't actively monitor your cortisol level? What are you tracking as a proxy instead?
@dblockbassАй бұрын
@@losfromla1480 you ask good questions. I have personal indicators that my stress is up, such as my heartrate or pulse which can be easily actively monitored and/or felt. I think actively, LITERALLY, trying to monitor your cortisol would actually raise it. Like I said, I "feel" it more than I measure it. But it works. I cant tell you how to do it. Just pay attention to your body by paying attention to your mind. Breathing exercises. Meditation. Try to sense your adrenal glands on the top of your kidneys....exercise in high stress mental and physical situations...many things you can do to consciously calibrate your stress response. Many military training regimens are centered around this. Look it up.

Despite my attempts to move on, I'm drawn to express my deep-seated longing for her here.

Two things. This is already the second video you mention to join some free group. This is the second time I check it, and I can only see some webinar video link and another one with some 49 dollars membership. I don't get it what free group you are talking about. The second thing, about this video's topic. There is a girl. One year ago we had glances towards each other, some long ones too. Ok, I didn't rush. A few weeks later I started to say hi to her, and she replied with a hi. Ok. I didn't rush. After like half year I approached her. She blushed, and basically stayed silent. The next few weeks I saw her again, greeted her, and she replied with a rude HI back. Ok, no worries, maybe it is a test. Next time I didn't say hi first, she did. Then again, I said hi, she replied in a rude way. So, all this is going on for almost a year. What now?
