Great Danes are very social animals. I had a relative that had one. We had a little get together at their house. And two people told me don’t pet the dog. Because if you do, he’s going to follow you around all day long. I couldn’t resist. I gave the dog a hug and scratch his back and sure enough. That Dane followed me all afternoon. I went to use the bathroom and I came out and sure enough there. He was standing there waiting for me. The owner was laughing telling me, I warned you not pet the dog.

My dog dearly loved motorcycle rides. I would need side car or custom trailer for a Great Dane. I never left dog at home! He flew domestic, hotels, restaurants, international, same, business meeting, my work office! 21years, my son!
