Sorry, I timed the fastest passes and it is in fact slow its just the video looks like stop action animation. I figured it out watching the flagger move.

@@notalkmedia1114 It's a slick surface so F times! I love the slip and slide junk race tracks, that are being a rejuvenated after the bracket guys moved on. The format of the vid really was my only question as to why it looks fast. I get it now. It just looks like vid from inside a haunted house with strobes flashing.
