As a teacher of 10 years, it's staggering how much we spend on outfitting our classrooms. You'd think you wouldn't need to keep spending each year, but there's always more that needs to be purchased or done to make the classroom function well. It never ends!

Aya, amazing video! Just curious, with month ahead, do you just keep the month ahead in the bank and use what you stuff in the envelope to pay for rent?

Thank you! Month ahead is my envelope to eventually have saved up 3-6 months worth of bills in case we lose our jobs or something. I don’t plan on touching it unless something like that happens

Thank you! That’s to hold money from my personal binder so if I need money from my nail envelope, it’ll go in there. Classroom is for my future classroom. I’m majoring in elementary education

I'm confused what is the thing with certain monies going into the wallet. So if the money is wrinkle its not good? Thanks for explaining?

It’s just personal preference. I like to use the wrinkly bills in my wallet because I get rid of them faster. I don’t want wrinkly bills in my sinking funds because they stay in there longer and don’t lay flat

@@ayaplans I'm still wondering how to get newer bills at the bank. I asked last time and they said it just comesout of their machine so they dont have contro lover it. I'm so frustrated with it because the other day I got $100 from the teller for travel money and they were all old and awful:(

@@roxanne4534 yeah I don’t think there’s a way to get all crispy bills. That’s why I try to keep the worse ones in my bills envelopes because they’re going back to the teller anyway or something I’ll be spending soon
