Girl don't settle for anyone! The right one will come and he will fit into your life like he's been there forever! If you want babies have them alone. You will be a better mom alone than in a crappy relationship! I raised two by myself. Their dad left never looked back when they were 4 and 2 I tried dating but didn't want anyone around my kids so I stayed single for over15 years that's a long time. Right before both kids left for college God put my honey in my life. Been 12 years now. It's not perfect no relationship is but we love each other and take care of each other. I love your channel and your down to earth personality!

You are absolutely right to walk away from a situation that isn't feeding you spiritually or emotionally. I walked away from mine and never looked back and he put in little to no effort bc he KNEW he was being a subpar partner. I chose me and will always. I refuse to settle for a lame again. I love your videos 🙂 so inspiring 🖤 I feel that as far as relationships go, I’ve found it’s better to make decisions that are good for me and what I want and need, instead of being in a relationship just to have a partner. I have also found that if it’s not working for me in the beginning, it really won’t be working in the future. I’ve been happily single for a long time and I feel great about it. Society does all it can to make people feel like they need to get married. It seems like that pressure comes from all angles and different ways. It’s better to be happy alone in my opinion

Yes I understand exactly what you mean about being single. I’ve been single for years too and I just feel like guys don’t put in any effort and then I want a relationship centered on Christ and a lot of guys aren’t giving out what I need. It’s peaceful being single though and I’d rather be single than settle. There are alot of people that are settling and just accept anything out of this guys and I REFUSE to do that. I love that you’re telling people the importance of life insurance. I have a policy on me and a policy on each of my kids and yes, it’s unnerving to think about having to put life insurance on your kids but like you said, life happens unfortunately. The last thing anyone needs to worry about when grieving a loved one, no matter how young or old, is how they’re gonna pay to properly lay them to rest.

I’m married currently separated soon to be divorce😂. I just feel like when you are with the right person you won’t have to force it. Like it’s supposed to be a seamless mesh; like the relationship needs to bring me bliss not stress. If I have to question the love I don’t want it. It’s 100% ok to be by yourself I love my own company and living by myself 🥰 and I love me enough to not settle for bare minimum ass relationships/marriage.

Sis you did the right thing by letting go. Settling is for the birds. I have been with my husband for 15 years and that man is everything I have ever prayed for. If you know what you want then there is no need to waste time. My ex-husband used to play me for fool. I had no problem with walking away from the situation because I knew my worth and what I deserved. As soon as I closed that door God opened up another. Again I have been with my now husband for 15 years and that man is still obsessed with me. The one for you will come in gods timing. My husband and I have been together since we were teenagers, 16 years now. We have ups and downs, parts of our life where we're not as involved, but if I need him he is always always there. I call him my rock. If you don't feel like you can rely on someone like that then they're definitely not the right person!

Kandi Buruss said she has life insurance on all of her family members and even some friends because as the wealthy person of the family, they look to her when tragedy happens anyway. Also when you talked about relationships, yes it's definitely our generation. I just went through the same thing. I thought my last person was "my person' but it ended as soon as it began. I wouldn't say give up on love though, keep trying, learning and loving!

There's for sure compromise in relationships but at the end of the day if my husband didn't ever uplift me in any way we wouldn't be together. We're certainly not perfect but I feel loved and I do my best to make sure he feels loved too. We're partners for life so we do right by each other. Just know you are worthy and you shouldn't need to settle for anyone who doesn't at the very least make you feel held.

I so loved your video today! I can only imagine how hard it is to share your deepest thoughts and personal issues with us. First of all, please know we truly love and care about you! You are such an inspiration to me! I too am currently,” single” but have been sharing time, communicating,( mostly by phone) and even going through broken hearts together. We both live a few states away;( I moved out of his to be closer to my kids and grandkids and to have more affordable housing). Like yourself; we both have been single for several years, really do better getting together every couple of months and talking a couple of times a week. He has family and adult kids, grandkids in his town as well. Right now it seems to be working out ok and I really don’t care what my family or others might think. Hang in there girlfriend! 🤗

Relationships are hard. I didn’t find my person until I wasn’t looking, then he literally walked through my front door. Lol. For real though he did. It will happen when it is supposed to. Glad I didn’t settle for someone who wasn’t as invested as I always was.

You are so right about relationships! Keep it moving, if it's not benefiting you or your life. Some people are meant to be Solo, my mother and Aunt have been Solo FOR A VERY LONG TIME, and are quite content. I am not sure how old you are but you sound quite young, don't give up quite yet. I'm 51 and didn't marry until I was 45. Doesn't mean I didn't have a life and children before that, however found my Soul Partner at 43. 💜
