Love your 100 envelopes! Also...my favorite binder is the daisy one!! I have some pretty annoying neighbors too. One parks in front of my house and into my grass. I asked nicely not to park on my grass. He talked down to me and I walked away. He had an expired license place sticker and I called it in explaining to the police that I asked him nicely first. They towed his vehicle away 😀
