Jobs for vasta(loyal vote bank/free political service/cash) has been going on for 4 plus decades, no complainants as all parties happy, the fraud is a different matter where jobs are promised, bribe taken and jobs not given, as money is involved, investigation has an opportunity to either perform thorough investigation and charge sheet/leave holes in investigation and make money-anyones guess what will be outcome. Lucrative postings attract huge bribes, and impact ordinary goans in terms of speed charges for services. Just look at all relatives/close circle of loyal votebanks, politicians, senior govt servants all are employed in govt-only fools think it is merit.
