Mam This actually happened twice within 2 weeks here in Delhi... Thankfully we being educated were aware that we did not order anything eventhough the delivery man was insisting ki yhi ka order hai and location was ekdm perfect hmare hi ghr ka We asked 3 questions Phone number , Name and the Date of booking written on the box Pehle 2 toh ekdm shi thei bcz it was a scam obviously But bechara failed in front of us bcz We opened both the apps (A and F) Usmei uss date pe koi order ni tha so he made an excuse and ran away jldi se 😅😂 Be aware of this Fraud guys Especially in Cities 🤠

Actually ye mere sath ho chuka hai Ek person roj call kar raha tha ki apka order aya hai kafi bar mana karne ke bad bhi roj call ata tha Fir ek din us person ne call par bola ki apka number kisi ne dal diya hai koi order ke liye roj call a rha hai Toh hum customer care par se otp bhej rha hu toh mene mana kar diya ki m kyu Koi otp batau Toh vo delivery boy dhamki de rha tha ki ap ko roj call aega varna otp bta do Toh mene bhi usko 2-4gali suna di Fir ab ek barr bhi call nhi aya

me as working in flipkart can feel the pain of delivery boys .😢😢.company ask for occ [order cancelation code] rather than otp (one time password)but people have there own genuine reason. But delivery boy have to bear the pain of customer abuse and then Mnager questions for undelivered order.😢bye the way one order is only 13 rs to 14 .and they also have to update order delivered or undelivered status on given location on 0 meter .and they dont make a peeny on undelivered order not ever patrol charger

The parcel had some fake leather wallet that costed between 600-700 rupees. When my husband called flipcart customer care to enquire about this order they said it’s placed from Shopsy. They were not ready to reveal the person’s details who placed the order. After a heated argument the customer care executive finally gave the number, it was from West Bengal, tried reaching it but it was switched off for obvious reasons. Never order from Flipkart!
