We don't put a Total on Analysis of Receipts because it's all went to the Bank that is why you have to draw a line on every amount that you take from Analysis of Receipts to the Bank I hope my point is clear and it will be of use to someone else, thank you for this it's really helpful.

In our books it says “the money is paid directly into the bank which is why it is not written in the Analysis of Receipts Column. The column can be seen as the cash register drawer. All money received by the cashier is placed in the cash register drawer. When money is paid directly into the bank account it never passes through the cash register drawer.” And in our books “rent income” doesn’t fall under bank. So am i pit confused as to why my book and the video differs?
