Firstly no technician is coming to collect my phone its been a week now. Secondly, the pickup dates are revised automatically without my consent. 1st Aug delivery date is now postponed to 6th august. whereas the original pickup date was 28th July. Worst app, worst service, and worst customer care. I will soon post full video on this issue.
