I agree it isn't all about the money. But unfortunately I cannot buy at that percentage (currently). Hopefully, one day, I will be able to.

In most cases, yes. However, a lot of (brick and mortar) stores thrive with 15% margins. Turning over 15% consistently yields plenty.
