Don’t judge a book by its cover. This nyc apartment has some serious specs hidden beneath an otherwise non-flashy exterior. Its in a fully renovated building with an outside that doesn’t resemble what’s inside. That being said, this is the cheapest 2 bedroom apartment you can find in NYC and i think its worth every penny, especially because it has cool features like a private deck.
Email lodgerscorp@gmail.com to get more info on this super cool apartment.

I feel like that wouldnt be a good idea, That could be bad for his youtube channel i feel like cuz then people who are in charge of letting him film might not want him filming anymore cuz he might say something bad, now that i think about it tho i guess it might be ok if he didnt say what apt it was though and just said top 5 things in general and not a video about specific buildings in ny though that is still risky cuz the people who let him in might see their apt in a video later on about "top 5 bad things etc" and that could start a bad reputation potentially and then maybe less videos in the future and less buildings to film with....

That area of Brooklyn is known as Borough Park and/or Kensington area. That area specifically by Ditmas Avenue has a large Hasidic Jewish community, Eastern Europeans (especially by Ocean Parkway), and a decent amount of Hispanics right along the F train. When you go towards 15th and 16th avenue, it's more Hasidic Jewish. That area has some hidden gems.

$2,500 is insane to me!! My hubby and I have a nice, 3 bedroom house with a kitchen, dining, living room, and sunroom, all decent sized. We also have a basement, large deck, smaller deck, and nice porch. We have total woods behind us, and across the road in front. We pay under $800 a month!! Having lived in NYC for over 35 years, I can honestly say the apartment is not bad at all….The back terrace is a definite bonus. The only thing that scares me is that it’s an attached wood frame building and that staircase is wooden and extremely narrow……bottom line, it’s a huge fire trap. However, I’m sure with all the renovation, the electrical wiring and other systems were all updated so it might be ok! A one bedroom apartment I once lived in, only had 4 electric outlets for the entire apartment with 2 screw in fuses…..couldn’t use the air conditioner and the toaster at the same time and the landlord wouldn’t upgrade anything…..shame because it was on the upper East side in a gorgeous part of NYC.

Don't forget when you're figuring your layout... You need to put a range in there somewhere. I'm guessing it's not just going to be a countertop hot plate if they've gone to that much trouble updating things already. And hell yes I'd live there! For that price? I'd make one room a living room and the other the bedroom, and just use the main space for kitchen and dining. (Especially since one of the bedrooms opens onto the deck - that would be my living space. Small but definitely more than doable!

It'd amazing what city dwellers are willing to accept. What's more amazing is what they are willing to pay for it.

It appears that the washer/dryer hook up is where the fridge used to go and the fridge is currently where the stove goes. That plug by the fridge is definitely for a stove.

This apartment is more expensive than my mortgage. I live in a 4b/2b 2300 sqft home with a pool! NY is nuts. Still can't help but be addicted to these vids. Makes me appreciate my blessings.

I like the apartment. But those multifamily building structures with vinyl siding scare me. They just scream fire hazard.

Love your vids! I’m from small town Texas. So it’s all so foreign to me seeing these kinds of properties. I see miles of land. It’s beautiful.

Whoever designed this apartment and picked the finishes needs to measure twice and shop once. The bathroom sink seems too small for the space. And I don’t know what the hell they are doing in that kitchen. I can’t pay $2500 and then use a hot plate!!

I understand older apts not having closet/storage space, but what the heck? Those closets suck & I don't know how they're going to fix the kitchens?

Cash is the King of NYC real estate. I live in Philly I have an awesome place. I enjoy watching the NYC tours of apts and neighborhoods. You should have a meet and greet on a Sunday we would totally make the drive up to see you in person. Oh wait nevermind the variants🤦🏽‍♀️Great job Cash👍🏽

The apartment is pretty good for the price, as long as they divide up the outdoor deck area, not sure if the neighborhood is dodgy or not? Wonder how much cheaper the smaller 2 bed facing the train tracks is?

I just went and followed you on TikTok. I’ve been to NYC several times. My oldest daughter lived there for a few years for work, but once the plandemic happened, and NYC wasn’t and still isn’t the NYC we all loved, she moved away from there. I love it there, but due to the way it has become, I just have to live vicariously through your videos! Thanks so much for making and posting them!

Those D’Gari boxes are to make jelly and are very popular here in Mexico. I use them so I can recommend them to you. In a more serious note, you are a great guy Cash! The Tik Tok rec is very interesting, I’m old generation and those free advertising tools weren’t available for me back in the day, but I can appreciate young entrepreneurs being more comfortable using them and I think that no matter your age, you can learn to use them in your favor.
