Yeah, I guess around 15 million, so I was pleasantly surprised that it was ‘just’ 9🤣 I think part of it is because the financial district isn’t the most sought after area to live, though I’m guessing it’s going to grow in popularity in the next 10-15 years.

It’s location-based. If this was in Tribeca, they’d charge double. This neighborhood will blow up once people realize how safe and nice it is. If I was loaded, I’d buy in right now before it gets too insane.

Love this apartment and the video. It helped me get over my revulsion of living in the Financial District. And I agree with Cash, out of everything about this apartment, the drain on the edge of the shower is in fact how you know you've made it. Loved that detail! Lastly, I'm impressed at how life-like the cardboard cutout of "Jamin on his phone" looks. A few times, I actually thought he was there. Nicely done!

I feel like I would have a hard time looking at the WTC everyday like that. That dreadful day still gives me so much heartache just looking at the WTC in this video. It's just a reminder of what used to stand there and how they came down. Imagine living near the WTC on 9/11... must have been absolutely awful! Never forget! This mansion is beautiful and I love the video.

Thanks for the tour. Unfortunately these modern luxury places rarely impress me. Everything just seeks to impress by being large. If you have 10,000 sq. ft to work with I expect the rooms, closets and bathroons to be larger. But overall the interior design and furnishings are unimpressive. It's like people with money who don't know what to do with it. The best part of the tour was the outside terrace which was not used or showcased to its best advantage and the birdseye views.

I always enjoy your videos, this is an amazing place, love the balcony. I do have one complaint about it though, whoever installed the double wall ovens obviously doesn't cook. the purpose of wall ovens is that you don't have to bend over to use them. For a $9,000,000.00 apartment that was a stupid mistake.

Honestly! If you can afford that place, you’ll never be on the subway! I live in Taipei and buying an apartment is ok but also you need a parking space. 60k average price car space, even for an apartment thats 300k. Can you show or discuss “car spaces/parking lots prices”! Rich people have cars they never use the subway…love to hear your take on this!

I must be smart...I don't watch TV. lol The place is nice but I'm not in love. I think it's a big plus that the furniture doesn't come with the place. Even though I like colorful and fun and whimsy the color coordination they chose didn't resonate with me. I feel it's a miss. I don't care for that dusty rose fuchsia covered wall either. I'm torn about the kitchen. Even though it's high tech and nice it's very dark and masculine. As you said, it would be perfect for Batman. lol The views and patio deck are amazing! Although it's somewhat intimidating because it's a long way down. It could be a really nice place done by the right decorator or someone with some innovative imagination. It has a lot of potential. 🧚‍♀
