1) Penn Station was once a grand palace of a train hall- rivalling those in Moscow and Paris! That art you saw was a small part of how beautiful it once was. It was done dirty by the Robert Moses gang, and I am so happy to see that it is being revived. 2) That apartment is actually NOT BAD for the layout and where it is. Good Luck on your interview, I’m looking forward to watching the video about your and your success. To answer a question, you didn’t actually ask... My late husband was an ironworker and the reason everything is takes a “long time” at Penn Station, if the worker’s tools aren’t actually being stolen the supplies are! Also, the construction workers are constantly having to chase away homeless people or catching thieves in the act! If these vandals aren’t stealing stuff, they seem to enjoy destroying it for fun or urinating all over it.
