@@SweetDreamz0223 I love Bushwick! As things are starting to open back up, I'm enjoying going out a bit but I'm also 35 in two weeks so it can feel VERY young, haha. There are endless bars and restaurants and shows, and it's easy to get to know your neighbors by just saying "hi how are you?" and being friendly.

I like how you showcase the neighborhood before you get to the apartment. Especially where the supermarket is. When I lived in NY the two main things I wanted to know about an apt is where the train is and where the local supermarket is. Looking forward to the next apt tour!

Lovely apartment with the private baths in each bedroom and the Juliette balcony in one. Great kitchen with lots of room. Doggie downer: no laundry in the apartment or in the building common area. I have lived in spaces with no laundry with long walks to take for public laundry facilities: not fun, especially during the icy winter months.

That's why storage should be way better in these apartments. You have to have a ton of clothes to keep from having to go to the laundromat all the time.

This has been nicely renovated, although the luxury of having your own bathroom is canceled out by the lack of in-unit or in-building laundry. The one closet we saw was TINY. If shared three ways, some reapportioning of the $1200 each would still make the rent a bargain, but the landlord missed the boat by not including laundry and good closet space - and then charging more.

Let me start by saying YES to the grey! I think your wife and Violet will love it too 🥰 I actually really liked the apartment! I would take the room with the balcony for myself…. But then I’d have to have other people living with me? Mmmmmm do my cats need their own bathroom? It would look gorgeous with Scandinavian style furnishings and decor. Light beech wood and comfy low sofas with lots of blankets …. It’s cold in Scotland so I’m wrapped in a blanket watching videos of New York 🤣

Having just returned from CDMX, I can safely say that a volcán is like a taco that is assembled and then toasted so it is crunchy on the outside and still soft in the middle. The typical sauce is made of puréed roasted chiles 🌶 and can be medium to spicy 🔥. There are numerous variations depending on the taqueria. In some street stands, the tortilla is replaced by a thicker masa “pancake”; these are amazing.

Trade-offs for each bedroom. It's great that each bedroom has its own bath. What would make it even better is if it also had a 1/2 bath w somewhere in the common area for guests so they're not going into someone's room to use a bathroom

I liked the kitchen. I also loved the elevator. Ok the soon to be elevator. I like all the bedrooms for different reasons.
