Yes it's Michelle from Full House. You can also hear her say "Move it mister" or something like that. Which is clearly Michelle. Full House used to be on every day around 4-5 during every weekday for years on a Norwegian channel. Along with Step by Step, Fresh Prince in Bel-Air and Family Matters. So yeah I guarantee you most Norwegians born in the late 80's are very familiar with Full House :P
