This episode helps you to understand the power of setting SMART goals. Most of the time, we do not achieve what we want because we do not set smart goals or we have never been taught how to set smart or realistic goals.
It is important to set worthwhile goals. Something we are willing to work for. The greater the value of the goals to us, the better the chances of success is.
The goal you set must be challenging enough to stretch you and your potential, but not so far that you break.
