baba adam ka syllabus he ye india ka, I am ITI machinist and I am out of India since 20 years, why not buy the casing capping (different joints) ready-made and use them? so the work will look proper neat & clean. even the screws need to be philips type but in mkt it is next to impossible to find Philips head type.

Thanks Vai for your info. Anyway,while i was trying to make(cut pvc casing by mini hacksaw) 90 degree joint, i can see that sometimes the degree gets bigger and sometimes it gets bit smaller than 90 degree. Any tip or hack can you give to make it perfectly 90 degree cutting?thanks for yiur advise.
