Hi Anthony, thanks for your message. Although a 24 hour break wasn't required as i hadn't worked in excess of 6 days (i had only worked 3 nights in a row) just to calm your concern i had 32 hours away from work before touching another truck. cheers

There are exemptions re use of work diaries being that it is a community event for non profit or reward. Also, it’s illegal**

If not you’re wasting everyone’s time here.
