Found the solution you just have to click the bottom right side of the button ,to change hour format into 24 or 12.

I would recommend Amazon because they are Authorised Casio Dealers you must be vey careful when buying casios online there are so many fakes at least with Amazon you can be 100/ percent sure you are getting the real thing RG Sydney
