Casiotone CT-S1 Demo Performance

This is such a nice keyboard with amazing tones! I just love Casio. I hope Casio introduces a new version in NAMM 2024. My dream Casio CT- S2. specs would be: 1) 1/4" stereo output 2) Split function (up to 3 tones). 3) A small screen for easy navigation 4) Dedicated 7-8 tone registration buttons 5) Dedicated Octave and Transpose shift buttons (like Yamaha MX and PSR SX models) 6) Total weight below 8lbs 7) Inclusion of some common ethnic tones. We don’t need all 800 tones. 200 will be fine. 8) Some basic styles and dedicated butttons to control the rhythm pattern during live performance 9) A nice padded fitted Casiotone logo gig bag with 2 back straps to carry it around. 10) Available in white, black and red color ,🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎹🎹🎹🎹🎹🎶🎶🎶🎶 I know it sounds like a lot I am asking for. I am ready to pay more for that. Professionals sometimes need portable instruments with pro features. 🎹🎹🎹🎹🎶🎶🎶🎶🎹🎹🎹🎹

looks like a great keyboard; i would have bought one if it had proper line outputs and proper midi. Please do what roland did with the fp30 and release an a more expensive model with 5 pin midi and 1/4 line outputs because people would literally buy this left right and centre then

Do you mind telling me what is the advantage of having the 5 pin MIDI as opposed to whatever this has as a MIDI?

@@ChocoDrum03 this has a a wireless midi that, in my opinion, allows for more latency and more time to setup and are not as reliable as a 5 pin midi

For a CT-X700, you'd need a 1/4" stereo cable that splits to two mono 1/4" ends to connect to most audio interfaces.

This might not launch in india. Better go for CT-X9000IN or any other keyboard in the CT-X series. They'll do the same job and even more.

Juan, Bluetooth MIDI to a DAW was used during the performance then the audio recording was done after.

No, and that's too bad. you only have headphones output that you can use to connect to amp. dedicated R+L outputs would make this more serious than a toy.

Nothing wrong with the audio quality of the headphone output. It is clean and quiet. That is how all the demos were recorded.

Not fake. ;) This band played the music. Like most music videos that have come out since MTV was invented the audio was tracked and they're playing along with the pre-recorded track - this is done multiple times for all the camera angles.
