This statement has me conflicted. I rate Cas HIGHLY, and no one is making these vibes or is approaching UK Rap/Grime in this way, and yes Quality over Quantity, however his discography is thin. You have man in this scene who have showed up every year and consistenly made bangers. Do we just write them off anytime CAS returns? It's my opinion, but if he was the best to me, he'd also show that on radio sets, freestyles, mixtapes, collabs etc. To compare apples to oranges, it's anytime The Rock steps back into WWE, he can ask for a main event at Wrestlemania for any year, despite plenty of others putting in work all year round. Just food for thought when discussing "the best"
