Bruh cancer is everywhere n 6o think so many of us will continue to die from it. Most of the people I know who ended up getting it, it was because they're careless. Not necessarily reckless, but they were people who never got themselves checked. They waited until symptoms got really bad n said oh this flu is way worse than I thought I better get checked out. Then they find out they already reached the threshold and there's no fighting it at that point. But a lot of then would probably still be here if they just went for biannual checkups. Caskey, this comment is late to the game but whatever, it's here now. I've listened to this song for a year now, possibly 2 (around that time). I want to say thank you so much for this song. No, I'm not famous but I am known in my home town. That's more than too much for me at times. Because it may not even be that someone actually knows me, but they know who I'm related to or who I am or used to be affiliated with. I've kept a low profile and the past STILL comes up from others as if that was just a week or 2 weeks ago..even though it's been close to a decade. My dad passed away 2 years ago and I went through the biggest life change I have ever been through this far. He was my best friend. He was a parent to me as a child and growing up but he absolutely became damn near everything to me as an adult. My mom was a super, extremely, close second. She's still alive so now she's number one. My mom is and always has been great..but dad and I were just tight man. People kept telling me to pray after he passed...... but..yeah, okay. If I could trade everyTHING exceptionally positive in my life to see my dad one more time and to roll one with him (because we talked about doing that with each other but never had the opportunity to) I would.
