Making listeners feel guilty for the only logical way to calm themselves is just so counter productive & confusing. “Should-ing” on people just does not work. I’m with other commenters, bring back the lady that is the 🌙 moon! It’s so you don’t look at the screen. The light will keep you up because it tricks your brain into thinking it’s day time. It’s not that they’re shaming you for using technology, they’re just advising you don’t use it when you’re trying for a restful sleep
