Gee, I'm just now learning about this woman as this came up on my suggestions and upon looking her up learned she died in 1974, a year after this. That's a bust how short her life was. -_-

I came across one of those lists...Hundred Best Sopranos Non-classical. And she wasn’t on it BUT Michelle Philips was(?!?) MP couldn’t pitch without Cass beside her. Unbelievable.

Cass was an alto-range singer rather than a soprano, so that's probably why she wasn't included. If it was an alto list she'd clear almost everybody!
