Big up cass for consistently doing what he's been doing. My one thing though, which I hate, is dude raps exactly the same as he did back then. Man hasn't evolved lyrically. Now to some people, that's cool and that's fair enough, doesn't bother me if people fuck with it. Me, personally though, it's just so boring to me. That's why I stopped listening to Jay z years and years ago, he still says dope stuff but it just sounds so boring the way it's delivered, with that same flow for decades. That's why people like eminem will always get my time and listening ear, coz he still says crazy and smart shit, but the way he raps now is considerably different, and his rapping style has just improved dramatically, for the better. @@RKO94-49 I respect it! Cass honestly feels like he is the GOAT, so he likely feels there is no need to change his style, lol. I have been listening to Cass since 2003-2004, but I will never get tired of him blacking out on wax because it takes me back to those crazy freestyles from back then. Although, with his Science revolving around a conversational style and not cheating on the syllables, he boxes himself in somewhat. If you ever peep his Da Bul B freestyles on Zulu and the Family 103.9 (before he was Cassidy), his style was more reminiscent of Canibus, so, he can definitely go into different bags if he wants to. I actually feel the opposite about Eminem over time, and have him behind Elzhi & Royce when it comes to Detroit MCs. His technical skills have improved since he began, but his content pales in comparison to a lot of top-tier MCs out there now.
