I posted the line-art for this animation a few months ago when I wasn't sure if I'd ever get around to completing this, so hopefully it's a nice lil surprise for you guys to finally see it finished! I did most of this animation fall 2022, but not long after I started working on a new show that ended up being pretty busy. Then in 2023 I was doing some side gigs on top of my studio job and I was also working on my latest CAS shorts, so this animation continued to sit around unfinished. But considering it was SOOO close to being completed I thought it would be a real shame to let sit around any longer, so hereee we are! I've learned a lot since I started it and so there's a lot I would do differently now, but I'm still pretty happy with it!!! Plus working on it was a lot of fun haha.
I have a ton of big stuff planned for the next few months... I'm actually working on a preview for episode 1 of Cassie & the Wolf right now 👀!! Love how you animated Wolf and Cassie in this! The animation is smooth, and the expressions are beautiful! And love how the trees in the bg move slightly, adds something to this!! I think it'd be cool of you finished the beginning animation too! ^^ (I also think you might've used some anticipation and squash and stretch in this by the looks of it? And can't wait to see their redesigns and the ep.1 preview!)
