Okay, I can’t stand the fact that this show relied heavily on using Cassie as a hallucination for Sharon. WTF did they kill her off in the first place? They could’ve written her into a coma up until Camryn returned & then when she woke up, she’d learn that she had a twin sister.

All the years that cassie died in a car accident with her friends is heart wrenching 💔😢 you can't get over it now imagine if cassie newman was alive today with her lost twin sister now how romantic would that be?

They'd both have to be played by Camryn Grimes but such a thing has been done before on Y&R and other soaps. But it was confirmed back in 2005 that Cassie really is dead. It would be good if Mariah was visiting Cassie's grave and sees Cassie's ghost or if Mariah was in the hospital and the doctors are losing her and she enters a bright light scene where she meets up with Cassie but Cassie tells Mariah that it's not her time and she must go back but to remember she's watching over her and Sharon. The doctors are then able to revive Mariah. Sharon so relieved hugs her and Mariah tells Sharon that she met Cassie.

@@andrebaptiste7288 No, the real Cassie had died. You are thinking of when they brought in Mariah. Victor saw the resembelance and paid Mariah to pretend to be the ghost of Cassie. They later discovered that Mariah was actually the twin sister of Cassie whom had been hidden from Sharon at birth.
